§120‑73. Commission established.
There is hereby establishedthe Joint Legislative Commission on Governmental Operations, hereinafter calledthe Commission, which shall conduct evaluative studies of the programs,policies, practices and procedures of the various departments, agencies, andinstitutions of State government.
