§ 120‑85.1. Definitions.

As used in this Article, thefollowing terms mean:

(1)        Business with whichassociated. – As defined in G.S. 138A‑3.

(2)        Confidentialinformation. – As defined in G.S. 138A‑3.

(3)        Economic interest. –As defined in G.S. 138A‑3.

(4)        Immediate family. – Asdefined in G.S. 138A‑3.

(5)        Legislator. – Asdefined in G.S. 138A‑3.

(6)        Nonprofitcorporation or organization with which associated. – As defined in G.S. 138A‑3.

(7)        Vested trust. – Asdefined in G.S. 138A‑3. (2006‑201, s. 5.)
