§ 121‑7.4.  Graveyard ofthe Atlantic Museum.

The Department of CulturalResources shall assume from the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum, theadministration of the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum on Hatteras Island andshall designate it as a member of the State History Museums Division, inaccordance with the feasibility study conducted by the Department.
