§ 121-9.1. Lake Mattamuskeet Lodge Preservation. - North Carolina Statutes

§ 121‑9.1.  LakeMattamuskeet Lodge Preservation.

(a)        NotwithstandingG.S. 121‑9, the State of North Carolina accepts the transfer of theMattamuskeet Lodge and surrounding property to the State under the LakeMattamuskeet Lodge Preservation Act, P.L. 109‑358. After completion ofrepairs and renovations by the Department of Cultural Resources, the propertyshall be transferred to and managed by the Wildlife Resources Commission.

(b)        Any plans forrepair and renovation of the Mattamuskeet Lodge from the Repairs andRenovations Reserve Account under G.S. 143C‑4‑3 are subject toreview by the Wildlife Resources Commission. (2007‑13, ss. 1, 2.)
