§122A‑20.  Conflict of interest.

If any member, officer oremployee of the Agency shall be interested either directly or indirectly, orshall be an officer or employee of or have an ownership interest in any firm orcorporation interested directly or indirectly in any contract with the Agency,including any loan to any sponsor, builder or developer, such interest shall bedisclosed to the Agency and shall be set forth in the minutes of the Agency,and the member, officer or employee having such interest therein shall notparticipate on behalf of the Agency in the  authorization of any such contract.(1969, c. 1235, s. 20; 1973, c. 1296, s. 60.)
