§ 122A‑5.12.  Councilmeetings; report.

(a)        The HousingCoordination and Policy Council shall meet at least quarterly and may holdspecial meetings at any time and place within the State at the call of theChair or upon written request of a majority of the members.

(b)        The Council shallassist in the preparation and filing of an annual written report which containsa review of work completed, a review of ongoing activities, and housing policyrecommendations.  This report shall be filed with the General Assembly and theGovernor by May 1.
