§122C‑210.  Guardian to pay expenses out of estate.

It is the duty of the guardianwho has legal custody of the estate of an incompetent individual held pursuantto the provisions of this Article in a facility to supply funds for his supportin the facility during the stay as long as there are sufficient funds for thatpurpose over and beyond maintaining and supporting those individuals who may belegally dependent on the estate.
