§122C‑433.  Applications for grants; promulgation of rules.

(a)        Applications forgrants are processed by the Center for Alcohol Studies. All applications shallbe reviewed by scientific consultants to the Center; and the Center, afterreview and study, shall make recommendations to the Authority as to theawarding of grants. The Center shall also furnish to the Authority clericalassistance as may be required.

(b)        The Authority shalladopt rules relative to applications for grants, the reviewing of grants andawarding of grants. (1973, c. 682, ss. 4, 5; 1985, c. 589, s. 2.)
