§122D‑7.  Purchases and sales of agricultural loans.

The Authority may purchase orcontract to purchase and sell or contract to sell agricultural loans made bylending institutions. All lending institutions are hereby authorized topurchase and sell agricultural loans to the Authority in accordance with theprovisions of this Chapter and the rules and regulations of the Authority. Tothe extent that any provisions of this section may be inconsistent with anyprovision of law governing lending institutions, the provisions of this sectionshall control. (1985 (Reg.
