§122D‑8.  Loans to and deposits with lending institutions.

The Authority may make, orcontract to make, loans to and deposits with lending institutions. All lendinginstitutions may borrow funds and accept deposits from the Authority inaccordance with the provisions of this Chapter and the rules and regulations ofthe Authority. The Authority shall require that all proceeds of its loans to ordeposits with lending institutions, or an equivalent amount, shall be used bysuch lending institutions to make agricultural loans, subject to such terms andconditions as the Authority may prescribe. To the extent that any provisions ofthis section may be inconsistent with any provision of the law governinglending institutions, the provisions of this section shall control.
