§122E‑7.  Eligible applicants.

Eligible applicants shallinclude units of State and local governments including municipal corporations,for profit and nonprofit housing developers.  Provided, however, that thePartnership's rules and regulations shall ensure an equitable distribution ofFund funds based upon population and low and moderate income housing needsacross the State.
