§125‑5. Public libraries to report to Department of Cultural Resources.
Every public library in theState shall make an annual report to the Department of Cultural Resources insuch form as may be prescribed by the Department. The term "publiclibrary" shall, for the purpose of this section, include subscriptionlibraries, college and university libraries, legal association, medicalassociation, Supreme Court, and other special libraries.
