§126‑58.  Administration.

The State Personnel Commissionand any State division, department, agency, instrumentality, authority orpolitical subdivision participating in an interchange of employees program maypromulgate rules or regulations necessary for the administration of suchprogram, so long as such rules or regulations do not conflict with theprovisions of this Article or any other provision of law.
