§ 126‑74.  Work OptionsProgram established.

There is established a WorkOptions Program for State employees in the Office of State Personnel to beadministered by the State Personnel Commission.  The State Personnel Directorshall assign an employee within the Office of State Personnel, to be known asthe State Work Options Coordinator, to direct the Work Options Program asestablished in this Article.
