§126‑7.2.  Time limit for appeals of applicants and noncareer Stateemployees.

Any applicant or employee thathas not attained career status, appealing any decision or action shall file apetition for contested case hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearingsas provided in G.S. 150B‑23(a) no later than 30 days after receipt ofnotice of the decision or action which triggers the right of appeal.
