Classification ofMilitia.

§ 127A‑1.  Compositionof militia.

The militia of the State shallconsist of all able‑bodied citizens of the State and of the United Statesand such other able‑bodied persons who have or shall declare theirintention to become citizens of the United States, subject to suchqualifications as may be hereinafter prescribed, who shall be drafted into saidmilitia or shall voluntarily accept commission, appointment, or assignment toduty therein.
