§ 127A‑181.  Payment ofliability to responding state.

Upon presentation of a claimtherefor by an appropriate authority of a state whose National Guard forceshave aided this State pursuant to the Compact, any liability of this Statepursuant to G.S. 127A‑177(f) of this Compact shall be paid out of thegeneral fund.  (1969,c. 674, s. 1; 1975, c. 604, s. 2; 2009‑281, s. 1.)
