§ 127A‑48. Generalcourts‑martial.
General courts‑martialof the National Guard not in the service of the United States may be convenedby orders of the Governor of the State, and such courts shall have the power toimpose fines not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200.00); sentence toforfeiture of pay and allowances; to a reprimand; to dismissal or dishonorabledischarge from the service; to reduction of enlisted personnel to the ranks; orany two or more of such punishments may be combined in the sentences imposed bysuch courts.
