§ 127A‑55.  Forms forcourts‑martial procedure.

In the National Guard, not inthe service of the United States, forms for courts‑martial procedureshall be substantially as those set forth in the Appendices, Manual for Courts‑Martial,United States, as shall be currently in use by the armed forces of the UnitedStates.  (1957,c. 136, s. 13; 1975, c. 604, s. 2; 1983, c. 316, s. 4; 2009‑281, s. 1.)
