§128‑12.  Violations to be reported; misdemeanors.

It shall be the duty of thedirector of the Local Government Commission to report to the district attorneyof the district any violation of G.S. 128‑11 of which he may haveknowledge, and any violation of such section shall be unlawful and shallconstitute a Class 1 misdemeanor.
