§128‑37.1.  Membership of employees of county social services department.

Under such rules andregulations as the Board of Trustees shall establish and promulgate, the boardof county commissioners of any county may elect that employees of the countysocial services department may be members of the North Carolina LocalGovernmental Employees' Retirement System; provided, that such membership maybe elected jointly with such county health department employees as providedunder G.S. 128‑37. (1959, c. 1179; 1969, c. 982.)
