§ 130A‑131.9B. Notification.

Upon determination that a leadpoisoning hazard exists, the Department shall give written notice of the leadpoisoning hazard to the owner or managing agent of the residential housing unitor child‑occupied facility and to all persons residing in, attending, orregularly visiting the unit or facility. The written notice to the owner ormanaging agent shall include a list of possible methods of remediation. (1997‑443, s. 15.30(b);2003‑150, s. 5.)
