§130A‑131.9E.  Certificate of evidence of compliance.

An owner of a unit who hascomplied with the maintenance standard may apply annually to the Department fora certificate of compliance. Upon presentation of acceptable proof ofcompliance, the Department shall provide to the owner a certificate evidencingcompliance. The Department may issue a certificate based solely on informationprovided by the owner and may revoke the certificate upon showing that any ofthe information is erroneous or inadequate, or upon finding that the unit is nolonger in compliance with the maintenance standard.
