§ 130A‑158.  Restitutionrequired when vaccine spoiled due to provider negligence.

Immunization program providersshall be liable for restitution to the State for the cost of replacementvaccine when vaccine in the provider's inventory has become spoiled or unstabledue to the provider's negligence and unreasonable failure to properly handle orstore the vaccine.
