§130A‑215. Reports.
The Secretary shall make areport to the Governor and the General Assembly specifying the activities ofthe cancer control program and its budget. The report shall be made to theGovernor annually and to the General Assembly biennially. (1981,c. 345, s. 2; 1983, c. 891, s. 2.)
