§ 130A‑223.  Departmentto establish program.

(a)        The Departmentshall establish and administer a program for the prevention of diseases,disabilities and accidents that contribute significantly to mortality andmorbidity among adults. The program may also provide for the care and treatmentof persons with these diseases or disabilities.

(b)        The Commission isauthorized to adopt rules necessary to implement the program. (1983,c. 891, s. 2.)
