§130A‑297.  Receipt and distribution of funds.

The Department may acceptloans and grants from the federal government and other sources for carrying outthe purposes of this Article, and shall adopt reasonable policies governing theadministration and distribution of funds to units of local government, otherState agencies, and private agencies, institutions or individuals for studies,investigations, demonstrations, surveys, planning, training, and constructionor establishment of solid waste management facilities.
