§130A‑302.  Sludge deposits at sanitary landfills.

Sludges generated by thetreatment of wastewater discharges which are point sources subject to permitsgranted under Section 402 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, asamended (P.L. 92‑500), or permits generated under G. S. 143‑215.1by the Environmental Management Commission shall not be deposited in or on asanitary landfill permitted under this Article unless in a compliance with therules concerning solid waste adopted under this Article.
