§130A‑305. Construction.
This Article shall beinterpreted as enabling the State to obtain federal financial assistance incarrying out its solid waste management program and to obtain the authorityneeded to assume primary enforcement responsibility for that portion of thesolid waste management program concerning the management of hazardous waste.
