§ 130A‑309.80.  Findingsand purpose.

The General Assembly findsthat white goods are difficult to dispose of, that white goods that containchlorofluorocarbon refrigerants pose a danger to the environment, and that itis in the best interest of the State to require that chlorofluorocarbonrefrigerants be removed from discarded white goods.  This Part thereforeprovides for the management of discarded white goods.
