§ 130A‑309.96. (Effective July 1, 2010) Computer Equipment Management Account; TelevisionManagement Account.

(a)        The ComputerEquipment Management Account is created as a nonreverting account within theDepartment. Funds in the Account shall be used by the Department to implementthe provisions of this Part.

(b)        The TelevisionManagement Account is created as a nonreverting account within the Department.Funds in the Account shall be used by the Department to implement theprovisions of this Part.  (2007‑550, s. 16.1(a); 2008‑198, s. 11.4;2008‑208, ss. 1, 7; 2009‑484, s. 16(a), (b); 2009‑550, s.10(a), (b).)
