§ 130A‑309.98. (Effective January 15, 2011) Annual report.

No later than 15 January ofeach year, the Department shall submit a report on the recycling of discardedcomputer equipment and televisions in the State under this Part to theEnvironmental Review Commission. The report must include an evaluation of therecycling rates in the State for discarded computer equipment and televisions,a discussion of compliance and enforcement related to the requirements of thisPart, and any recommendations for any changes to the system of collection andrecycling of discarded computer equipment televisions, or other electronicdevices.  (2007‑550,s. 16.1; 2008‑198, s. 11.4; 2008‑208, ss. 1, 7; 2009‑484, s.16(a), (b); 2009‑550, s. 10(a), (b).)
