§130A‑316. Department to examine waters.
The Department shall examineall waters and their sources and surroundings which are used as, or proposed tobe used as, sources of public water supply to determine whether the waters andtheir sources are suitable for use as public water supply sources. (1979,c. 788, s. 1; 1983, c. 891, s. 2.)
