§ 130A‑329. Reporting.
Reports required to besubmitted under this Article or under rules adopted by the Commission shall besubmitted electronically on a form specified by the Department. The Departmentmay waive the requirement for electronic submission of a report if the watersystem demonstrates that it lacks the technical capability to reportelectronically. (2008‑143,s. 12.)
