§130A‑340.  Review procedures and appeals.

The Department, upon requestby an applicant for an improvement permit, shall provide a technical review ofany scientific data and system design submitted by the applicant.  The data andsystem design shall be evaluated by professional peers of those who preparedthe data and system design.  The results of the technical review shall beavailable prior to a decision by the local health department and shall notaffect an applicant's right to a contested hearing under Chapter 150B of theGeneral Statutes.
