§ 130A‑352.  Creationand purpose of mosquito control districts.

For the purpose of protectingand promoting the public health and welfare by providing for the control ofmosquitoes and other arthropods of public health significance, mosquito controldistricts may be created in accordance with the provisions of this Part. Amosquito control district may be comprised of one or more contiguous countiesor contiguous parts of one or more counties. (1957, c. 1247, s. 1; 1983,c. 891, s. 2.)
