§130A‑54.  Vacancy appointments to district boards.

Any vacancy in a sanitarydistrict board shall be filled by the county commissioners until the nextelection for sanitary district board members. If the district is located inmore than one county, the vacancy shall be filled by the county commissionersof the county from which the vacancy occurred.
