§130A‑57.  Power to condemn property.

A sanitary district board maypurchase real estate, right‑of‑way or easement within or outsidethe corporate limits of the district for improvements authorized by this Part.If a purchase price cannot be agreed upon, the board may condemn the realestate, right‑of‑ way or easement in accordance with Chapter 40A ofthe General Statutes.
