§131A‑23.  Additional method.

The foregoing sections of thisChapter shall be deemed to provide an additional and alternative method for thedoing of the things authorized thereby and shall be regarded as supplementaland additional to powers conferred by other laws, and shall not be regarded asin derogation of any powers now existing; provided, however, that the issuanceof bonds or notes under the provisions of this Chapter need not comply with therequirements of any other law applicable to the issuance of bonds or notes.
