§131D‑10.7.  Penalties.

Any person who establishes orprovides foster care for children or who receives and places children inresidential child‑care facilities, family foster homes or adoptive homeswithout a license shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor, and upon convictionshall only be punishable by a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) forthe first offense and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for eachsubsequent offense.
