§ 131E‑204. Inspections.

The Department shall inspect all hospices that are subject to rulesadopted pursuant to this Article in order to determine compliance with theprovisions of this Article and with rules adopted thereunder. Inspections shallbe conducted in accordance with rules adopted by the Commission. (1983 (Reg. Sess., 1984), c. 1022, s. 1.)
