§ 131E‑237. Candidates for temporary managers.

In the petition the Department shall nominate at least one candidatefor temporary manager and shall include the name, address, and qualificationsof each nominee.  The Department shall maintain a list of persons qualified toact as temporary managers.  The person or persons nominated by the Departmentto serve as temporary manager shall either be employed by the Department or beone of the persons on the list of qualified persons maintained by the Department. This nominee shall be approved by the court reviewing the Department's petitionfor appointment of a temporary manager.
