§ 131E‑278.  Applicability of other laws.

Unless otherwise required by federal law, provider sponsoredorganizations licensed pursuant to the terms of this Article are exempt fromall regulation under Chapter 58 of the General Statutes. Plan contracts, providercontracts, and other arrangements related to the provision of covered servicesby these licensed networks or by health care providers of these PSOs whenoperating through these PSOs shall likewise be exempt from regulation underChapter 58 of the General Statutes.
