§ 131E‑296.  Examinations.

The Division may make an examination of the affairs of any providersponsored organization and the contracts, agreements, or other arrangementspursuant to its health care plan as often as the Division considers necessaryfor the protection of the interests of the people of this State but not lessfrequently than once every three years.
