§ 131E‑311. Conflicts; severability.

To the extent that the provisions of this Article may be in conflictwith any other provision of this Chapter, the provisions of this Article shallprevail and apply with respect to provider sponsored organizations. Notwithstandingthe absence of adopted rules, the Division shall continue to processapplications for provider sponsored organization licenses as described in thisArticle. If any section, term, or provision of this Article shall be adjudgedinvalid for any reason, these judgments shall not affect, impair, or invalidateany other section, term, or provision of this Article, but the remainingsections, terms, and provisions shall be and remain in full force and effect.
