§ 131E-33. Part controlling. - North Carolina Statutes

§ 131E‑33.  Partcontrolling.

Insofar as the provisions of this Part are inconsistent with theprovisions of any other law, the provisions of this Part shall be controlling;however this Part shall not be construed as preventing a city, town, or countyfrom establishing and operating a hospital under the authority of any other lawnow or hereafter in effect.
