§133‑26.  Individuals convicted may not serve on licensing boards.

No individual shall beeligible to serve as a member of any contractor's licensing board who has beenconvicted of criminal charges involving either:

(1)        A conspiracy inrestraint of trade in the courts of this State in violation of G.S. 75‑1,75‑2, or 133‑24, or similar charges in any federal court or in anyother state court; or

(2)        Bribery orcommercial bribery in violation of G.S. 14‑218 or 14‑353 in thecourts of this State, or of similar charges in any federal court or the courtof any other state. (1981, c. 764, s. 1.)
