§135‑11.  Application of other pension laws.

Subject to the provisions ofArticle 2, Chapter 135 of the General Statutes, Volume 17, as amended, no otherprovisions of law in any other statute which provides wholly or partly at theexpense of the State of North Carolina for pensions or retirement benefits forteachers or State employees of the said State, their widows, or otherdependents shall apply to members or beneficiaries of the Retirement Systemestablished by this Chapter, their widows or other dependents.
