§135‑26.  Studies and reports.

The State agency shall makestudies concerning the problem of old age and survivors insurance protectionfor employees of the State and local governments and their instrumentalitiesand concerning the operation of agreements made and plans approved under thisArticle and shall submit a report to the legislature at the beginning of eachregular session, covering the administration and operation of this Articleduring the preceding biennium, including such recommendations for amendments tothis Article as it considers proper.
