§ 135‑44.1.  Officers,quorum, meetings.

(a)        The Board ofTrustees shall elect from its own membership such officers as it sees fit.

(b)        A majority of themembers of the Board of Trustees in office shall constitute a quorum. Decisionsof the Board of Trustees shall be made by a majority vote of the Trusteespresent, except as otherwise provided in this Part.
